(Denver = Wongeol Jeong) On April 8th local time, the Colorado Mammoth hosted the Vancouver Warriors for a home game.

 

In the game, E. McLaughlin scored the first goal for the Mammoth. He contributed to tying the score 1-1 with a goal in the first quarter, after giving the first goal to K. Killen.

 

However, Colorado finished the first quarter 3-1 with consecutive goals from S. Evans and A. Charalambides.

In the second quarter, T. Gibson scored Colorado's second goal with assists from Z. Williams and J. Gilles, tying the score 3-2. But Vancouver's C. Scanlan quickly answered with another goal, making the score 4-2.

The hero of the second quarter was Ryan Lee, who scored a goal with the help of E. McLaughlin, bringing the score to 4-3, only one point behind Vancouver.

Colorado's comeback began in the third quarter. Tyson Gibson scored a goal with an assist from Ryan Lee, followed by a goal from Z. Williams, making the score 5-4 in favor of Colorado. C. Robinson also contributed with a turning shot, extending the lead to 6-4 with five minutes remaining in the third quarter.

Ty. Thompson scored the first goal in the fourth quarter, followed by Z. Williams' shot over the goalie's head, giving Colorado a comfortable 8-4 lead over Vancouver.

 

Eli. McLaughlin added another goal, making the score 9-4. With only five minutes left in the game, Colorado committed a foul, and Dylan. Kinnear received a 2-minute penalty for hitting an opponent's arm with his stick.

 

Shortly after Kinnear's penalty, Colorado took advantage of Vancouver's empty goal and scored again with E. McLaughlin's goal, making the score 10-5.

Colorado dominated the fourth quarter, scoring a total of six goals and winning the game 12-5. They now have a record of 7 wins and 7 losses, ranking fourth behind the Panther City Lacrosse Club (9 wins and 6 losses). Colorado Mammoth will face the San Diego Seals in a home game at Ball Arena on April 14th.
