(Denver = Wongeol Jeong) Opera Colorado performed Puccini's Turandot.

On the 6th, 9th, 12th, and 14th of last month, the performance took place at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, located in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. This production, created by Puccini, is acclaimed as his ultimate and finest opera.

In particular, during the highlight of this opera, the Nessun Dorma segment, the entire audience held their breath and immersed themselves in the performance.

For this production, conductor ARI PELTO took charge of the baton, while SAHAR NOURI served as the Chorus Master and Assistant Conductor. Additionally, ARIA UMEZAWA assumed the role of Director and successfully led the opera Turandot.

Kara Shay Thomson portrayed the role of Princess Turandot, and Jonathan Burton played the role of Calàf, delivering outstanding performances in this production.

Furthermore, Bass Young Bok Kim, who made his debut as Colline (La bohème) at the New York City Opera, added another brilliant touch to the stage by taking on the role of Timur.
